📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is processed, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

🚚 Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

📍 Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Dolojie Candle is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution.

❗ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before processing begins. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
